The Patron of our Pavilion Appeal is Jeremy Davidson who first developed a love for the game of rugby under the expert tutelage of Davy Wells. Having played for MCB 1st XV from 1990-1992, Jeremy went on to play for Ulster, Ireland and British Lions Rugby International. He made his international debut for Ireland, aged 21, in November 1995 against Fiji. Unfortunately, his career was cut short through injury, and he is currently working as coach to Dungannon RFC. In May 2006, in recognition of his achievements and contribution to the game, Jeremy was inducted to the Irish Rugby Union Players Association (IRUPA),Hooke and McDonald Hall of Fame. | | | | Jenny McDonough is a current Irish Hockey International, who made her debut for the Women's National Team in 2001 against England. Since then, Jenny has played in the World Cup Qualifiers (Athens, 2001), the European Nations Championships (Barcelona, 2003) and the Olympic Qualifying Tournament (Auckland, 2004). More recently, she was also included in Ireland's squad for the women's World Cup qualifier which was held in Rome from 25 April to 6 May 2006. Jenny plays club hockey for Belfast Harlequins and works in sports promotions. | | | | Paul Marshall joined Ulster Rugby on a full contract as scrum-half at the start of the 2006-07 season having graduated from the Ulster Academy based at the Sports Institute at Jordanstown. Paul got his first taste of senior action when he was involved in the 2005-06 pre-season friendly against Rotherham and the first Celtic League match away to Cardiff. He captained the Ulster U21 side in the same season and was part of the Irish Under 21 Six Nations team.

| | | Gary Wilson is a current Irish Cricket International and full-time professional in the English County Championship. Gary is currently one of Marylebone Cricket Club's Young Cricketers, a programme which allows young sportsmen and women to benefit from expert coaching, intensive playing programmes and world-class facilities. Many MCC Young Cricketers proceed on to successful careers in county or even international cricket, and the most famous "graduates" of the Young Cricketers programme include Ian Botham, Phil Tufnell and Mark Waugh.
