 Advance notice - Ulster Schools Dinner, Toronto - October 2009

An Ulster Schools Reunion Dinner will again be held in Toronto, Ontario. This is a popular evening with ex-pats who attended Methody, Victoria College, RBAI and BRA joining together for a meal and a bit of craic.

This year, the dinner will be held on October 17th 2009 at Markland Wood Golf and Country Club in Toronto.

Class of 1978  - 30 year Reunion

Ah, 1978...Grease was the word, the Bee Gees wore some very tight trousers, ABBA asked you to take a chance on me and a wide-eyed, slightly scary looking Kate Bush shrieked her way through Wuthering Heights!

The MCB Class of 1978 held their 30 year reunion on June 14th in Belfast Harlequins Sports & Conference Centre.

The annual dinner of the MCB Association in London was held on Friday 14th March 2008 in the RAF Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1J 7PY.

The speakers this year were Mr Scott Naismith, the new Principal of the College, and Chris Bell who was at Methody from 1977-1991. Chris climbed Everest in 2006 and shared his experiences with the guests.

The McArthur Hall Reunion (1970s-80s), organised by Alison McCourt and Ruth Elliott, was held on Friday 28th December 2007.

Below is a message from Ruth and Ali to all who attended.

"Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all of you who came to the reunion last month. I hope you all enjoyed the evening as much as we did. We know that so many people made a huge effort and also that it was very nerve racking for people who had not been back for the past twenty or thirty years.
