You will receive details of the amount payable in respect of the above fees and contributions, together with an explanation of the payment options that are available, at the beginning of the academic year or at the time of a subsequent admission. Other charges for costs incurred, such as special tuition fees or boarders' advances, will be notified during the year and are payable on demand. 2. In the case of boarders, the Boarding, Capital and Tuition fees for children whose parents or guardians live outside Norther Ireland are payable at least one term in advanceand you will receive details before the start of the academic year. 3. Discounts from Preparatory Department Tuition fees are only available in respect of those children where full Preparatory Department Tuition fees are currently being paid in respect of two siblings. 4. A parent or guardian who wishes to withdraw a child must give at least one full term's notice in writing, otherwise fees for one term in lieu of notice will be charged. 5. The Board of Governors requires the withdrawal of any pupil for whom fees are not paid, following due consideration by the College Principal. 6. Contributions to the College Fund will not be requested in respect of any children where such contributions are currently being made in respect of two siblings. |
